About Advanced Elite Staffing

Founded in Huntsville, Alabama, home to Redstone Arsenal and NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center, Advanced Elite Staffing was built to help local employers find skilled people fast, without sacrificing quality.

We work with manufacturers, defense contractors, construction firms, logistics operations, and data center builders across North Alabama and the greater Southeast. Our recruiters specialize in the trades and technical roles that keep Huntsville's economy running.

To align job seekers with permanent career homes and help our client partners hire qualified, dependable team members, with honesty and speed at every step.

We don't just fill roles. We match the right talent to the right opportunity and back it with the service to keep them there. We're small enough to care about every placement, with solutions built around your operation.

Our screening process brings together skills verification, safety record review, and a culture-fit conversation with a recruiter. We focus on people who can contribute to your team and work safely from the start.

Rigorous doesn't mean rigid. Temp-to-hire, direct hire, project-based, or surge staffing, we build the solution around your operation and scale with your demand.
